I have been fortunate enough to Close over 500 sales in this great little Community. I have a strong commitment to achieving the Real Estate goals of my Clients, and am happy that many have become very dear friends.
I follow the Real Estate Market daily ...always in search of great values, great views, and great investments to share with my Clients. I work a huge database of potential Buyers who are waiting for just the right property, or just the right time to purchase.
Real Estate is one of the largest investments that most of us will make. In addition, our Homes have to "feel good," don't they? I take that responsibility very seriously, and dedicate my energies, technology, and education to achieving the goals of my Buyers and Sellers.
Who is Debbie?
Well... I grew up in Carmel, Indiana, attended Indiana University in Bloomington, and moved to Phoenix in 1985, yearning for blue sky and mountains. My wonderful husband, Peter is from Kansas City, and was one of my first friends here. We share a love for the peaceful outdoors. Our home is a 1960's ranch setting on some acreage in a historic part of Cave Creek. The setting has some of the most pristine desert that I have ever seen, and they will have to take me away "feet-first!" Many years of sweat-equity and constant remodeling have built "character" in us and provided memories for a lifetime of stories!
My Family
We have two awesome children named Natalie and Keith. They recently graduated from the Cave Creek/Carefree schools known a Cave Creek Unified School District. The schools are accelerated, have high expectations of the students, and provide a positive atmosphere for learning. We are very happy with the accomplishments, the scholarships, and the well rounded students that evolved. The long lists of Community Partnerships with CCUSD students are mutually beneficial relationships that have advanced the goals of the schools and our community.
At Cactus Shadows High School the O's are active in International Baccalaureate, Cross Country & Track Teams, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and more. We are grateful to have enjoyed some fantastic Teachers and Coaches!
Natalie attends American University in DC, studying International Business and Spanish. Keith will be a Freshman at UC Boulder in Engineering...and cycling.
This summer they are hard at work earning cash for college, and having Arizona fun!
Real Estate is a family affair for us. Our Lab puppy, Samantha is often found in the passenger seat of "her" Red Tahoe tagging along with Mom to preview property. After 19 years of training, the kids are experts at finding property corners, and also enjoy swapping ideas about view corridors, values, and negotiating...with finesse. Peter is also a Broker, and loves to hear the stories, yet his business is corporate commercial and very different. In our spare time we love exploring random areas. We reminisce about the development or preservation progress, and the potential for both. Peter volunteers on the Planning Commission for the Town of Cave Creek, happy to give back to this community that is such a wonderful place to call home! |
